brandee is an artist, writer, and tarot reader who loves asking questions. One of her main goals, and her reason for creating Ambiguity Cafe, is to make creativity a more accessible task. She hopes to create a community where conversation and creation can flow. She hopes to imbue magic into the things she creates and help people access that same kind of magic in their own unique way.

As a tarot reader, she likes to offer herself up as a mirror to the question asker, to reflect back what they need to hear most. Some have lovingly given her the title “Call Out Queen” because of her ability to zoom in on places you may be ignoring or neglecting. She hopes to help people feel like they can accomplish the thing obstacle ahead of them. By acknowledging the blocks head on and allowing feelings to be present in all their complexity, brandee hopes to offer folks a place to be seen and heard.

As an artist brandee loves juxtaposition. She loves layering unexpected elements to a piece. Sometimes that manifests as surrealist layering in her imagery and sometimes she turns to mixed media elements, most often paper in some way. Most recently, brandee has been working on her Vibe Paintings where she captures what people, songs, or moments feel like using her abstract style and then handwriting a letter reading to go along with the painting on canvases of all sizes. She hopes to offer more people a chance to live with original art that they feel connected to and to help people see the value they bring to the world.
